• Policy Adoption – adopt policies, budgets and establish goals

• Public Leadership – commitment to the community and communicating the District’s vision to the public

• Rule Adoption – rules and regulations related to construction, maintenance, operations, and use of wastewater systems

• Contracts – approving contracts related to major construction and maintenance projects

• Public Meetings – accomplishing all of the above in an open public forum
